About

Practitioner. Author. The standpoint behind the work.

Raheel Malik built a career inside the hardest transformation programs in enterprise. Evolevant is the standpoint that came out of it.

The origin

Twenty-five years watching the same pattern repeat.

Raheel spent 25+ years inside enterprise transformation, at IBM, Cognizant, Accenture, Highmark Health Solutions, Huron Consulting, PA Consulting, and HCLTech, leading OCM and AI transformation programs across financial services, healthcare, government, higher education, and life sciences. Along the way, he generated $2M+ in annual delivery revenue across Big 4 and global consulting firms, and founded his own change management practice in 2022.

Evolevant exists because that pattern needed a standpoint, not just another engagement. Evolve names the work: change, growth, transformation. Vantage names the position: the elevated, structural view from which that change can actually be directed, not just witnessed. Evolevant is where Raheel’s practice, published work, and the platforms built from it, including AI Change Loop™, now operate from.

CORE BELIEFS

Three principles that carry across every engagement.

I.

Technology does not transform organizations. Architecture does.

Tools are widely available. The structural discipline to embed them into decision-making, workflows, and governance is not. That is the work.

II.

A standpoint is worth more than another engagement.

Evolevant exists because solving the same problem company by company has a ceiling. A vantage point, built from frameworks, published work, and platforms, compounds in a way that billable hours don’t.

III.

Value is realized continuously, or not at all.

There is no finish line in transformation work. The practices and platforms built from this standpoint are built for continuous recalibration, not a single launch event.

Twenty-five years of practice. One standpoint. A growing body of work.
